    Deepa Lamichhane (Dikshya)

Deepa Lamichhane, CEO and Managing Director of ‘Holiday Planner Nepal', belongs to a mountainous village in the Manaslu region in the Gorkha district. She is now a successful entrepreneur and a very active social worker, contributing to the welfare of society. She strongly believes in women's empowerment and is primarily focused on women's contributions in the tourism sector. Growing up with a father who worked as a professional guide drove her to pursue a career in this field. Raised in the laps of mountains, she developed a deep love for nature early on, and guiding clients along the well-trodden paths came easy. After spending time in the tourism field, she decided to run the travel company ‘Holiday Planner Nepal’ in 2015, with the motto to empower more women in the tourism field.

She has completed her secondary level from “Siddhartha Vanasthali Institute” high school at Global College of Management, and currently she is pursuing her bachelor degree from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu. She even took the IATA Diploma in Travel Tourism as well as Trekking Guide Training. As a trained trekking guide, she is now able to share her enthusiasm with others and assist them in creating their own unique adventures. Every day, she feels tremendously blessed to be able to fulfil her childhood passion.

She has taken an advance ticketing course from IATA and has been actively involved in the civil aviation and ticketing sectors for both domestic and international flights in Nepal for a long time.

She is also actively involved in social work and looking after three students for their academic fees. She focuses more on students who want to study, the elderly, and homeless people, actively running donation campaigns throughout countries.

    Trekking Guide

    Narayan Dhital

I am very proud to be Nepalese and am glad to present the enchanting high mountain scenery and ethnic Nepalese culture to clients from all over the world. It is even more fun for me to guide numerous trekking groups across the trekking regions of Nepal.  I am a licensed trekking guide from the Ministry of Tourism of Nepal and have participated in several training programs, which have made me a professional and honest person. As I have done an advanced wilderness first aid course, I can suggest and take care of my client in the high altitude too. I am very happy and thankful to work as a guide for Trekking Planner, which creates a good environment and cooperative teamwork.

It is with great pride that I introduce myself as a trekking and mountaineering guide for Trekking Planner. I love meeting new friends from around the world and sharing with them all the stunning natural wonders of Nepal. I enjoy the challenge and reward of leading groups through adventurous landscapes and glacier passes. I have been a leader on many expeditions, specializing in both mountaineering and trekking. I am originally from the land of the Sherpas, or the land of Everest. I have experience as a porter for more than 3 years and I have become a licensed guide since 2011. Additionally, I have been trained for mountaineering and Himalayan rescue in 2012. I have extensive experience with peak and rock climbing. I am completely familiar with the Himalayan region and know every detail of the region. I can make you familiar with just about everything in the region with better service and care.
